Progressive Pediatrics, a physician-owned pediatric practice in Hudson County, NJ, is seeking a part-time board-certified/board-eligible physician assistant interested in a consistent, long-term role within a collaborative outpatient setting.
This position is ideal for a physician assistant seeking professional stability with reduced hours, including physicians returning from maternity leave, transitioning from hospital systems, or seeking sustainable work-life balance.
Practice Structure:
- Outpatient-only.
- No hospital or nursery coverage.
- Approximately 20 patients per full clinical day.
- Flexible schedule (2–3 days per week options available).
- Shared weekend coverage proportional to schedule.
- After-hours call supported by nurse triage service.
- Strong staff support and efficient eClinical Works workflow.
We are seeking a physician assistant who values continuity of care and long-term professional relationships.
Compensation:
- Competitive pro-rated salary based on schedule.
