Pediatric Physician Assistant | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Role
Progressive Pediatrics is an established, physician-owned pediatric practice with offices in Union City and Bayonne, serving Hudson County families. We're hiring an experienced PA for a schedule that fits where you are - a full clinical week or scaled-back hours while staying in patient care.
What you'll get:
- Full-time (4-5 days/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week) - your choice.
- Your choice of Union City, Bayonne, or a mix.
- Established patient panels. No building a schedule from scratch.
- Supervising physician and delegation agreement already in place. You work alongside our physicians, with no separate arrangement to set up on your own.
- No RVU quotas or productivity targets.
- A small, collegial team with low turnover.
- Professional liability (malpractice) coverage provided by us.
- $60–$80/hour, full-time or part-time.
About you:
- Active NJ PA license (or eligible), NCCPA certified.
- 10+ years of pediatric experience.
